He invited me to drop my car to his workshop that afternoon and he worked on it at 8am the very next day. Ed thoroughly checked the car and serviced it, charging only the service fee! Nestocar were able to fit me in to inspect the car on the Saturday and were able to give me a breakdown of the issue & a quote via phone and email on Monday. They were super informative and let me know if any possible additional costs. When I collected my car it was kindly washed and cleaned by the team. I bought my car just three months ago, and while parked at a shopping centre, I noticed a dent on the rear left passenger door — someone had hit it and left without saying anything. I went to Supercheap Auto, where I was told it could be fixed easily from the inside. Unfortunately, I hired someone who ended up making it worse by using a screwdriver on the door. I went to several repair shops and got different prices and opinions, but none really helped until I found Nestocars. The owner was honest and professional. He pointed out that the car had overspray and previous dents that I had never noticed before. That really surprised me, especially since I bought the car second-hand from Toyota and there was no record of any accidents. Nestocars gave me a great price and included a full car polish. The result was incredible. You can clearly see in the photos that the dents are completely gone — the door looks flawless and brand new. I truly appreciate their honesty, attention to detail, and quality workmanship. I highly recommend Nestocars to anyone looking for excellent and trustworthy car repairs.
